Becky's Leukemia Treatment Fund

Becky Dumbleton is a faithful servant that has worked as a schoolteacher for 43 years and served throughout the music ministry at Southern Hills Baptist Church for over 44 years. About a year ago, Becky was diagnosed with Adult Acute Myelogenous Leukemia, a cancer of the blood and bone marrow. After intensive chemotherapy treatments throughout the past year, Becky began to show signs of remission. Sadly, recent blood tests reveal the cancer has returned and is now resistant to previously successful treatments.

At this point, conventional medical treatments are no longer effective for Becky and alternative measures are needed. These alternative measures include the incorporation of natural medicine (supplements along with diet/nutrition) and non-conventional medicine (clinical/experimental treatments). These alternative options are not typically covered by insurance and can be extremely costly. Many people have asked how they can help Becky. We ask, first and foremost, for prayer. Prayer for: healing, direction in medical treatment, and peace for Becky and her family. Additionally, you can help by making a donation that will be used for her alternative medical treatments.

Given the lack of response to convention medical treatments and the recent rapid growth of the cancer, these treatments need to begin immediately. The funds will be used to purchase supplements, specific dietary needs, and recommended alternative treatments.
