Dear friends,


As much as it pains us to ask for help unfortunately my husband Ahmad Shraim was mugged and shot twice in the back at point blank in our shared family vehicle Saturday afternoon and left for dead. After he was shot at close range he was left to bleed out with no help in sight and had to find the strength to operate the vehicle and find help.

We are blessed that he is still with us but with the amount of medical attention that is needed we are forced to ask for help since he has no insurance.

The injuries that he sustained from the incident include a collapsed lung, 3 broken ribs, and a fractured scapula. As of today 07/13/16 he had to have another surgery on his lung along with a blood transfusion due to the fact that it was starting to collapse once again.
We are praying for a swift recovery but he has long road ahead in the Hospital.

My husband is a kind and genuinely generous person you may remember seeing him helping the tornado victims in Garland ,Tx late last year, He will do anything in his power to help others, but know he needs your help.

We have a 16 month old daughter named Layla that has been staying with family during this tragic time in our lives. I also just recently started a new job and am now having to take time off without pay in order to support him on his road to recovery.

The Funds will be needed to cover his hospital bills and to recover the vehicle which is a Bio Hazard currently & sitting Untill he and the vehicle is released.
