Sweet Pit Needs Help

This is Raisinette, a sweet pit mix I adopted in 2012 from PetConnect, an animal rescue organization that saves the lives of abandoned dogs and cats.
Raisinette was found at nine-weeks old, alone in a field in North Carolina. PetConnect rescued her and I adopted her two weeks later.
Unfortunately, within six months, Rai was diagnosed with panosteitis, a temporary but painful leg bone condition that took her eight months to outgrow.
Then, at one and a half, Rai was diagnosed with:
> right elbow fragmented medial coronois process
> left elbow mild cartilage irregularity/"lipping" of the coronoid
In non-vet speak, Rai's elbows were f'd.
Rai had a bilateral arthroscopy to remove loose fragments of cartilege from both elbows -- and during surgery, was found to have right elbow radiohumeral incongruency.
In non-vet speak, Rai's right elbow was REALLY f'd.
Rai did not heal well from the arthroscopy, so the vet found a study she could participate in for free to get intra-articular injections of bone marrow derived stem cells and platelet-rich plasma.
For the next two years, Rai did great. But within the last few months, she began limping again and showed an unusual reluctance to go on long hikes with her friends.
Now, the vet is recommending an ulnar ostectomy that will correct her bone and joint abnormalities for good and allow Rai to be a dog again -- to run and play with her friends without pain.
I am still paying off Rai's first surgery, the arthroscopy, and cannot afford the ostectomy. My choices are to find the money or put Rai down. Rai is a happy dog and only four years old. She can have a good life for years to come if I can find a way to pay for the surgery.
