Qilin Mesofflee presents JAWS 4k (he needs a new one)

Our sweet, sweet boy Qilin was severely injured and his jaw was broken in 2 places after another dog pulled him through a small hole in the fence and attacked him.

As of March 20th, he is home and recovering from a whirlwind of vet visits and surgery. We appreciate any and all support for Qilin's swift recovery.

I know when you think ‘Qilin’ and ‘face’ the first thing that comes to mind is ‘full reconstructive surgery’ but we promise - We only repaired his jaw so he can eat string cheese again. And got a bonus snaggle tooth!

On Saturday March 15th (day of the incident), we called EVERY Emergency Vet Clinic looking for an “Emergency” Canine Dental Specialist in the Austin area (and as far as College Station) - Apparently that’s ‘not a thing’ and there are none available to look at him out of M-F business hours. Qilin had to stay at an emergency vet and wait to see a specialist until Monday.

Before we can even see the specialist, we’ve paid over $3,000.

I’ve been actively seeking employment since Dec 30th, which made for extra strain on existing financial stress. We are accepting all good vibes, prayers of any faith, shares, and also donations.
