On July 22, 2020 Logan Handricks was struck by a fast moving truck that fled the scene. He was suffered life threatening injuries and was taken to Primary Children's Medical Center. Logan had life-saving surgery to relieve the internal bleeding pressure on his brain and was placed into a medical coma for 24 hours.

Miraculously, Logan did not experience major brain or spinal cord damage. He has multiple fractures to his skull and neck vertebrae. He has also lost most of his hearing in his right ear, is experiencing dizziness, has major bruising, and is in a lot of pain.
From the severity of the accident, doctors are amazed at his progress so far and say he has a good prognosis. However, Logan is looking at a long road to a full recovery.
Logan is a very resilient kid and deserves all the love and support he can get. We plan to use these funds for medical bills, physical therapy, and legal expenses related to the hit and run.
