Joanne has been recently diagnosed with lung cancer. It came as such a shock to her family and friends. Joanne is the most wonderful friend, mother, wife and the best grandma anyone could possibly ask for. She has been married to her husband, Keith, for 33 years and has two children, Jason and Jamie, and has an amazing little grandson, Ronald.
Joanne has owned a little cafe for 17 years now where she has cooked and made many friends and acquaintances with her delicious homemade food. But sadly, due to this horrible disease, she will have to close the doors while she fights this cancer.
Joanne has all the love and support from family and friends but that doesn't stop the bills from coming. Loss of income, treatments, chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, doctor visits, travel expenses, along with being sick and in pain, have and will take a major toll on her.
While we physically can't fight this battle for Joanne and her loved ones we can be there for her emotionally, spiritually and financially. Joanne is as tough as it gets and will fight this with everything she has. So let's pull together and help Joanne and her loved ones with all the support we can.
