I adopted my kitten Zuko just a week ago, and he’s already become such a special part of my life. At only 2 months old, Zuko was full of energy and curiosity, but things changed quickly when he developed an upper respiratory infection and bilateral pneumonia. It was heartbreaking to see him struggle to breathe, and he had to be rushed to the ICU. For a while, things were very uncertain as Zuko was declining and I was so scared I might lose him. Thankfully, he’s shown some improvement, but his fight isn’t over yet. The veterinarians want to keep him in the ICU longer to give him the best chance to recover, but the bills are adding up fast and I simply can’t afford the ongoing care on my own.

The funds raised here will go directly toward Zuko’s ICU stay, including his time in an oxygen incubator and any treatments he needs to get better. Every day in the hospital is critical for his recovery, and your support could make all the difference in giving Zuko a chance at a happy, healthy life.
