Zorro is a Chihuahua who has been bravely facing cataracts for about two years. At first, the cataract only affected one of his eyes, and he was still able to get around with the use of his other eye. Unfortunately, the condition has now progressed to his second eye, and he has lost his vision completely. Even though he’s now blind, Zorro is still a happy and peppy dog, but losing his sight has made him more anxious and caused him to bump into things as he tries to navigate our home.

Today, Zorro saw a dog ophthalmologist and is being prescreened for potential surgery. I love him very much and want to do everything I can to help him regain his sight. The funds raised will go directly toward his eye surgery, giving him the chance to see again and greatly improve his quality of life. Being able to see would make a world of difference for Zorro, helping him feel more confident and comfortable as he continues to enjoy his golden years.
