Update: We are thankful that Sebastian and his family are safe and unscathed for the most part. Zoie sustained deep cuts, which cut a tendon while busting out windows while trying to wake up her family to get them and their furry babies out of their home. She needed 16 stitches inside and out to close the wounds. Carbon monoxide levels were high and have come down. They are all traumatized and will need counseling to heal the emotional scars. They greatly appreciate the outpouring of support from friends, family, and strangers from around the globe.

On March 17th, 2023, Zoie, Sebastian, and their daughter's home caught fire. They have lost everything in the fire, minus what they could grab on the way out the door. They need to replace all their belongings, including but not limited to clothes, personal items, their daughter's toys & school items, household goods, furniture, appliances, a new home, and everything that made their home whole. They have four dogs, two cats, and two jumping spiders. They lost one of their cats. They are unsure if the cat was killed in the fire or escaped out a busted window. Losing a pet is challenging, let alone in a house fire.
Thank you for your donations. All the love and support this family can get are appreciated during these trying times. ❤️
