Help Zoey Overcome Her Painful CCL Tear

This is Zoey. She's a 10-year-old blue heeler, and my little ball of energy. She's torn her CCL/ACL, and I can tell she's in a lot of pain. Braces don't work, and the only viable option is surgery for her.

Recently, I have come into some financial hardship with my own medical bills. The specialist near me says it could cost up to $7,000. She has a lot of difficulty standing, especially after laying for a while. She still is energetic and happy, but it's difficult seeing her in pain.
