Zoey has been my loyal companion for half of my life. She’s a 10-year-old dog who has always been there for me, especially during my toughest moments. Recently, Zoey was diagnosed with an abscess on the side of her mouth. The vet explained that if left untreated, it could become much more serious. Over the past month, her health has declined—she’s been vomiting, having severe diarrhea, and her energy is fading. It’s been incredibly hard to watch her struggle, especially knowing how much she means to me.

Right now, my family is going through a tough time financially. My mother is the only provider in our household, and I’m doing everything I can to save up for Zoey’s care. But the costs of surgery and medication are more than I can manage alone. Zoey isn’t just a pet—she’s my emotional support animal. I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression at a young age, and Zoey has always been there to comfort me, sleeping by my side every night. Her love and companionship have helped me through so much.
