Help Zoe with medical testing & treatment

Hi everyone, anyone who knows me personally or follows me on social media knows that my dog Zoe is a huge piece of my heart and my family.

I brought her home 12 years ago, and she has been a giant part of my life ever since. She has been by my side through so many life changes, including my high school years and young adulthood. When I went into labor with my daughter Romy, she literally stayed right next to me until the second I had to leave for the hospital. She has been a part of the family since before Romy was born almost six years ago and is now a huge part of Romy's life as well.

Due to a pretty noticeable cough, I took her to see the vet where she was diagnosed with a heart murmur and possible collapsed trachea (which is common for dogs of her size and breed). While this isn't enough for the vet to decide to put her to sleep, they would like to perform further testing including chest x-rays, an echocardiogram, and full respiratory panel to determine the severity of her issues and if surgery is needed. I am a single mother and a small business owner and unfortunately cannot afford all of the necessary testing Zoe urgently needs at this time in addition to what I've already paid for her initial exams and medications.

I would be devastated for something to happen to my baby knowing that I didn't do everything I could to prevent it and improve her quality of life. Any help is immensely appreciated. If you are not in the position to donate, please send lots of love and good thoughts our way.
