January 14th marked the 1st anniversary of Artistry by Zimani d/b/a Faces by Zimani, a grandeur beauty studio and spa located in Franklin Square, NY. Artistry by Zimani is a Limited Liability Company, LLC .

Zimani is a licensed esthetician and attended the Christine Valmy School of Esthetics in New York City. She is a makeup artist who has applied her skills and crafts to women and men in their pursuit of personal enhancements. Clients have requested a variety of services for weddings, fashion shows, photoshoots, self-care, and an accredited short film. She has served as a make-up artist for 7 years and esthetician for 3 years prior to operating in a brick and mortar business.

As expected, it has been very challenging and exciting as a new entrepreneur. We are reaching out to those who may be interested in assisting a young entrepreneur in maintaining and expanding her business. Zimani has tried to finance equipment, but being a new business and adding overhead, lending institutions were hesitant to provide assistance even though she had met all criterias, except one. Guess? How long had she been operating her business?

As a new millennial business owner, she knew that it wouldn't be easy. Now, with big businesses in the beauty industry moving into the Laser Hair Removal and Hydrafacial services, it makes the challenge more difficult. They say that the first 3 years in business are crucial. Zimani accepted the challenge to persevere and build a brand that is steadfast and innovative.
