Help Zayne walk:

Zayne was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, PVL, and CVI. Due to him being born at 32 weeks, and only weighing 4.14 lbs, he was placed into the NICU where he overcame a lot of challenges. We were there for 30 days, unaware of the trials to come. After the endless days and nights, we were finally able to go home. We were so happy, and thankful, everyone was alive, and well. Being newer parents we kept seeing signs that didn’t seem right, but the doctors kept saying it was because he was a premie. Week after week, we kept calling, and taking him in. It seemed liked he was having seizures, he was always really stiff, his hands were clinched, his feet went inward, and he never made eye contact. After six months, of the back and forth, and finally being able to see the specialist’s. We found out, he had Cerebral Palsy, PVL, and CVI. The specialists were shocked, that the NICU had not taken a MRI. We understand that mistakes can be made, but we are saddened for our little Zayne. Even though his life will be more of a challenge, we are blessed to have him. We have dedicated our life's to do the best we can for him, and to help others. We have multiple therapy appointments weekly, and see the specialists often. Even though, we do everything in our power, we want to give him every opportunity to be independent. We want him to be able to experience walking and having the confidence to do things on his own. We feel having the Trexo, will give Zayne more of a chance, at having a normal life and a longer one. We’ve been told by his doctor that he will be fully wheelchair bound which makes his life expectancy significantly shorter. The Trexo is the one thing, we can not give him. My husband works long hours, and I am not able to work, due to Zayne’s disabilities, but we try hard to provide for our sons, and will never give up. We have never asked for anything, and it is hard to do so, but we truly feel this would benefit him, in ways we can’t even imagine. If you have it in your heart, or are able to help, we would feel so blessed.
