Hi everyone, I’m Ziggy’s owner, and we just found out that Ziggy will need surgery ASAP and it’s happening soon. He will need left knee repair and right hip femoral head replacement. Ziggy still has much life left in him. He has survived many illnesses, and just because of arthritis, he has to have this surgery. From the vet's advice, Ziggy is healthy otherwise, and if he doesn’t have this surgery, his health will decline. As of now, he isn’t able to hold up his body when he walks; he falls, making it hard for him to potty or even stand to eat and drink. Right now, we’re managing his discomfort with medications, but he needs this surgery. I ask my friends and family to help, even those that don’t know Ziggy, for the wonderful fur ball he is. The care and joy he brings to our home and life. Any amount will help us and Ziggy get the treatment he needs.
