Help Zeus, Sara's Great Dane, Get Life-Saving Surgery

My name is Sara, and this is Zeus. He is an 8 month old Great Dane puppy. On 6/11/24 he was with me and my kids on a little neighborhood road, when he was ran over. He severed an artery, his leg is mangled and now needs life saving surgery. I was able to take my shirt off and wrap around his leg and stop him from bleeding to death. The vet we rushed him to was able to restore the blood flow to the paw. However, they informed us that it is out of their area of expertise and recommended him go to Blue Pearl. Their quote is between 6-8k and then he will have to have rehab. I don’t have that. We don’t have pet insurance on him. He has quite a few abrasions and the biggest issue is the Achilles tendon repair and the 1.5ft of exposed bone. I understand to some he’s just a dog, but I absolutely love him. I just keep playing it over and over in my head. Yesterday morning he was chasing butterflies by the pond, and now he’s sitting at a vet clinic an hour from my house. He goes everywhere with me and my 4 kids. He is my shadow. I am asking for a miracle and praying for the best.
