Zeus was chasing the squirrels last night in the backyard (his favorite pastime).  On his way, he stepped wrong which ended up leading to a compound spiral fracture in his right radius. 

He's been at the Emergency Vet since last night and we've been absolutely heartbroken and devastated for our guy.  It turns out that he will need surgery within 3-5 days that will cost up to $6000 and his surprise, unexpected sleepover last night is costing us $2000. I just graduated from nursing school and haven't started my new job yet and so the financials are definitely our burden right now. 

We got an update recently that he is being the best boy and the best gentleman to all the staff. Zeus is literally our entire world, who we love so much, and we will be absolutely appreciative of every dollar that comes through here to help Zeus get the zoomies again. Thanks everyone!
