Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my sweet boy, Zeus. Recently, after noticing some strange episodes where Zeus became disoriented and had seizures,I took him to the vet. After multiple tests and consultations, I received heartbreaking news — Zeus has heart disease and epilepsy. Zeus is so young only one year old and he has to suffer from such a young age.
He now urgently needs an echocardiogram (a detailed ultrasound of his heart) to determine how advanced the condition is and what treatment options are available. On top of that, he’ll need lifelong medication to manage his seizures and support his heart.
To make matters even harder, we found out that Zeus’s heart condition is genetic. His brother, Zabi was also diagnosed with a heart murmur, though thankfully he isn’t showing symptoms right now. Knowing that both of my boys are affected has been devastating, but I’m determined to give Zeus every chance at a happy, healthy life.
Zeus means the world to me. He’s gentle, affectionate, and always by my side — the kind of cat who somehow knows when I need comfort the most. He still has so much life and love left to give, and I want to do everything I can to help him live it to the fullest.
Unfortunately, the cost of the echocardiogram, medications, and follow-up care is overwhelming. Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward:
- Zeus’s echocardiogram and diagnostic tests
-Heart and epilepsy medications
-Ongoing vet visits and monitoring
If you can’t donate, even sharing Zeus’s story helps more than you know. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read about my sweet boy and for helping me fight for his health and happiness.
With love and gratitude,
