I never thought I’d be in a position to ask for help like this, but our beloved Great Dane, Zeus, is very sick and we’re doing everything we can to get him the care he needs. Zeus is only 5 years old and has always been the sweetest, most loving part of our family. Recently, he became very ill and was diagnosed with suspected pancreatitis along with elevated liver enzymes. Over the past few days, his condition has worsened—he’s been struggling with severe gastrointestinal issues, and we are now facing the possibility of more serious complications. He’s currently under veterinary care and requires medications, ongoing monitoring, and possibly additional testing and treatment to stabilize him. As many of you know, emergency vet care for large dogs like Zeus adds up very quickly, and the costs are becoming overwhelming. We are doing everything we can, but we need help. Zeus is not just a pet—he’s family. He’s the dog that greets us every day with love, comforted us through hard times, and brought so much joy into our lives. We just want to give him the chance to feel better and come back home healthy.
