My puppy Zeus is in urgent need of emergency surgery, and I’m reaching out for help from anyone who can support us during this difficult time. Zeus is my baby boy, and we’ve had him since he was just 2 months old after adopting him from a shelter. He’s not only my best friend, but also Kiara’s, and he brings so much joy and light into our home. He’s my other dog’s play buddy and truly a beloved member of our family.

Recently, while we were out running errands, Zeus got curious and managed to get into a box in my closet that had ignition coils inside. He chewed on the connectors, which are made of plastic and rubber, and unfortunately swallowed some pieces. Since then, Zeus has been in pain and throwing up. We rushed him to the vet, and seeing the x-rays of his stomach broke our hearts. There’s a piece stuck in his stomach and another in his intestines, and the vet told us they aren’t passing on their own. If left untreated, these pieces could poke holes in his insides, making surgery absolutely necessary.

The vet bill for Zeus’s surgery is more than I can afford right now. They sent him home with fluids and nausea medication, but he needs this surgery as soon as possible. Anything will help, even just sharing this fundraiser. Zeus means the world to us, and we just want to see him healthy and happy again.
