Zena is a resilient, hardworking mother and nana who has been bravely battling cancer since October 2015. Throughout her journey, she’s faced multiple surgeries and rounds of chemotherapy with incredible strength. Despite setbacks, including a surgery in 2017 that mistakenly removed healthy tissue, Zena continues to fight for her life. After additional treatments and surgeries, her cancer returned in 2020, and she’s been undergoing chemotherapy ever since.

Recently, she received the devastating news that her current treatments are no longer working, and her cancer is progressing. Zena will soon begin a more aggressive form of chemotherapy in hopes of halting its spread.

As a single mother of four—two adult children and two teenage boys still living at home—Zena has always been the backbone of her family. Now, she needs our help.
