Help Zeke pay for medical treatment

Hey guys, I don’t really believe in doing this, but I’m kind of at a loss for words and at this point, I’m scared.

 

I’ve been in the hospital for a while now and receiving extremely sub-par treatment at the hospital I’m currently at. I have gallstones blocking my gallbladder and need surgery and a liver biopsy. The gallstones are causing a blockage, which doesn’t allow my liver to filter out toxins/bilirubin. Normal bilirubin levels are less than 1. When I entered the hospital, my levels were at 21 and continued to rise for 6 more days, with no proper treatment to get the levels downs and still no surgery. As of yesterday, I am at a 32, which is extremely dangerous the longer they stay high. I’ve already had 2 plasma transfusions. I’ve had to advocate for myself all steps of the way due to the hospital’s carelessness. They have said for days that they've scheduled tests/ surgery/ time with specific doctors and then, when it comes time, had never actually made any appointments or doctors “aren’t available”. I feel like I’ve had every test possible, including CT scans and other extremely expensive tests with nothing to show for it except medical bills that have absolutely drained all my money. I’m currently in Las Vegas, Nevada and trying to make it home to Boston so I can receive better care.

 

I’ve watched doctors treat me as less of a priority because of prejudice (literally one refusing to treat me), unprofessionalism, pride, etc. I just hope the ones that love me know that I love you, and I ask you to keep me in your prayers and PLEASE donate if possible! I may not be able to put my trust in this hospital, but I’m taking this chance to put my trust into something bigger than me: my friends, family, loved ones, the ones who support me in silence, and the ones who support me loudly. I thank you, I appreciate you and love you. But for now, just say an extra prayer for me, in whatever religion or spirituality you believe in that’s bigger than yourself.
