Help rebuild a beloved Fall River card shop
Zeke and business partners Greg and Will are asking for help after a devastating fire destroyed the building that housed their local card shop in Fall River, Massachusetts, along with about 98% of everything inside. The fire had nothing to do with them and did not even start in their building. They were caught in the crosshairs of this tragedy, but it still took nearly everything they had worked so hard to build. Will has been there since day one, and together they have poured their hearts into creating more than just a store since opening in February 2022. It became a welcoming place for people to buy, sell, trade, and connect through a shared hobby. Their hard work and dedication even led to the shop being nominated and runner-up for Best Collectibles Shop in the South Coast. After years of building this dream and community, they suddenly lost the space, equipment, displays, and inventory they depended on to keep going.
These funds will help Zeke, Greg, and Will take the first steps toward reopening by securing a new lease, covering rent, and rebuilding the shop with the essentials they need, including wall slats, tables, chairs, displays, TVs, computers, CCTV, and inventory. They have done this for years without taking much pay because they truly love what they do and the people they have met along the way. This shop is a place where memories are made, friendships grow, and the next generation is already becoming part of the dream. Zeke recently left a career to pursue this full-time, only for the fire to change everything overnight. They know this is a lot to ask, but they would not be asking for help if they did not truly believe in this dream. Any support would mean more than people may realize and would help more than supporters may ever see. If you are able, please support Zeke, Greg, and Will as they work to rebuild, reopen, and keep this special community space alive.
