Hi. On Wednesday night after work I came home to find that someone had broken into my apartment. The front door to the apartment building was kicked in, and they gained access to the backyard. They smashed the glass in my back door, let themselves in and ransacked my flat. They stole some money, an old coin that was my grandfather’s, some jewelry, and my macbook pro. I’m currently working on two editing projects for paying clients, and because my editing machine was stolen I can’t finish them, so I can’t get paid.

Normally I wouldn’t ask for help replacing it, but I’m in a tight spot financially. I’m being forced to move out of my flat and I’ve been dealing with a landlord from hell for the last two months while trying to find a new apartment. I’ve finally found a new place to live, but I was counting on the income from these two projects to pay my deposit on the new place.

If anyone has even a few bucks to spare to help offset the cost of buying a new editing laptop so I can finish these projects and make this money, I would be extremely grateful.
