Help Zaynah Walk Again: Support Her Recovery

Hi, my name is Nereyda. My dear friend Janelle’s weekend was not as anticipated. Her baby girl, Zaynah, suffered a spinal stroke and is paralyzed from the neck down. Zaynah will be celebrating her 11th birthday on June 11. She is currently intubated and can only communicate with her blinks. Something so rare has happened, and my friend needs all the support she can get. She is the sole provider for her two beautiful girls. They are currently in Methodist Children’s Hospital, waiting to be transferred to Houston for the stroke specialist to continue more testing.

Please keep my dear friend and her girls lifted in prayers. She has no health insurance and, again, is the sole provider. Her older daughter will be taken care of by her mom back home in San Antonio. Any amount is helpful and will go towards her medical bills and day-to-day spending for food, rent, and bills.
