Help Zaya Heal to start her new life

Hello this is Zaya, we found this girl by the 281 going crazy around cars about to get run over. We called her over late at night and she came straight to us like she wanted to be helped. We put her in the car and took her home for a bath. As we are bathing her we noticed so many open wounds and skin infections, she had a metal smell, and her eyes covered in mucus. I am a student and full time worker with pets of my own and can not afford another vet bill. I do not want to take her to the pound because it’s the season everyone abandons their dogs to go on vacation and she is SO GOOD:( make my heart melt and cry every time I get reminded. I can foster her but she needs emergency vet care. Please help me help her out this holiday with anything. ‍
