Angie. I am raising this GoFundMe because, we got a better option to get around and do things better than the wheelchair I currently have. I don’t have an income on my end yet, and spent the rest of my savings I had to get a new one, and was hoping we could get help with reimbursement for the new power chair that’s ordered to arrive, since I need one ASAP. The old power chair that I had in America was not feasible to use here in Italy. It was too heavy to receive help lifting it in and out of the vehicle. The old power chair was 100 Ibs (45.36 kilograms (kg). I am currently looking at a new portable collapsible power chair that about 30 Ibs weighs less (13.61 kg) than the other power chair I had. This new chair that I am needing is only 75 Ibs (34.02 kg). This other power chair would make it a lot easier for people to help me lift in and out of the vehicle when going places since it's so much lighter. The power chair that we need help with this new power chair reimbursement through this GoFundMe that suits my needs best costed around €489 ($575.00) American dollars.)

Another reason why I bought this specific power chair that I'm raising a reimbursement for this this GoFundMe for, is my manual wheelchair that I currently have here, the front wheels keep busting and breaking on these uneven ancient European streets, as the wheels and everything on it are made of plastic. The streets here are definitely not smooth, to say the least. It makes it almost impossible to go anywhere to enjoy anything. I need something that is more durable than what I currently have, but now my savings that we were living it off to last us the rest of the year is completely gone now. The specific power chair that I'm raising reimbursement money for, has front metal wheels with spring shock absorption, with a ridiculously amazing discount and a €110 voucher. I couldn’t pass up that great of a deal, but we need your guy’s help. This chair is perfect for what I need here, especially with where I'm living now. A new power chair overall would be better than having a manual wheelchair. I wish that I could've brought my old power chair here to Europe, but that was not an option unfortunately. This new power chair will help a lot, so I can go to more places that require a power chair due to my spinal condition. I am not able to stand or walk for long periods of time causing me to be physically limited.

I need this chair to help improve my quality of life, otherwise I won't be able to really go anywhere or do anything and enjoy things the way I want to as a family, so we spent the rest of our savings to get this chair ASAP. Your help with this chair reimbursement will really help us.  I've always wanted to explore Europe, and now that I'm here and have that opportunity, my manual wheelchair keeps breaking and won't let me. The wheelchair I currently have is not feasible for the things that I want to go do, and the places I want to see. My wheelchair is only good to go to the market or the mall pretty much. That's basically It.

Another reason why I'm raising this GoFundMe, is to help with medical expenses. Though things are a lot more affordable here in Europe medically, dental work is not covered at all unfortunately, even with insurance. I need about 2,000 Euros ($2,350 American dollars, probably more if I need my other tooth done) to cover the dental expense needs here. I urgently need a root canal and a new tooth replacement that we do not have to money for, on top of paying for an anesthesiologist being in those expenses we need, since my body does not respond to local anesthetics, at all. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

God has been opening so many doors for us since I moved here to Italy to start a new life with my soon to be husband, filled with so much potential and opportunities with my health and overall life, and I know one way or another, God is going to look out for us.
