Hi guys! My name is Zander, and I’m looking for some help. I’m an Education Major at Southern New Hampshire University, and I am a cat owner to one beautiful, 5 year old torti named Noni. 

Noni and I are currently getting ready for the Fall semester to begin, and have just discovered that the price of housing has been increased, making it unaffordable for me at this time. Due to this, I am now scrambling to find a roof for Noni and I, and asap. We were supposed to move into our new dorm this week, but now I’m unsure if that will be happening. 

If I’m able to find a way to afford the fall semester’s housing, I will 100% not be able to afford it in the spring. Because of this, I am here asking you for help. Regardless of if it’s for the fall or spring, I will be moving, and I will need your help to afford it. I have reached a point where I can no longer do this on my own. 

As of right now, I am searching for a pet friendly room for rent, within a 30 minute radius of SNHU. Any support or recommendations for resources would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone,

My name is Zander, and I’m reaching out because I’ve hit a point where I can’t move forward on my own. I’ve been working hard to support myself through school, but over the past few months, a combination of financial pressures and unexpected expenses has pushed me into a really difficult situation.

I’m currently behind on some school-related bills, and until they’re paid, I’m unable to access my official transcript. Because of this, I can’t finalize my transfer from MassArt to a more affordable school in my home state, New Hampshire. I’ve already been told by my transfer counselor that I will be accepted for the upcoming spring semester, as soon as they receive my transcript. I’m doing everything I can to keep pursuing my education, but this setback has been overwhelming, both financially and emotionally.

In addition to school costs, I’m struggling to keep up with basic living expenses like groceries, toiletries, and other everyday necessities. I also have upcoming vet bills for my cat, who is due for her yearly wellness exam and vaccines. Caring for her is incredibly important to me, but the costs have become hard to manage at this time.

There are also additional personal circumstances and unexpected costs I’m not able to talk about publicly, but they’ve contributed significantly to my current financial strain.

I have a job, and I do commissions on the side for my artwork and photography. However, it is not enough income to get me where I need to be.

Despite all of this, I’m committed to my long-term goals. I’m working toward becoming an elementary school teacher, and I’m also saving for top surgery in the future, both of which feel out of reach at the moment, but still incredibly meaningful to me.

Any amount, even the smallest contribution, would make a huge difference. It would help me get caught up on school bills, secure my transcript so I can move forward with my education, cover essential living needs, and ensure my cat gets the care she needs.
