Hello,

   My name is Zakaria Jamal Abu Jalala, and I am writing to you in a time of great distress and need. I am a 24-year-old university graduate with a specialization in computer communications and network engineering. Despite my academic achievements, my life has been upended by the ongoing conflict in Israel. I am now taking care of myself and 6 of my family members: my elderly parents and my brothers.

   I am not only a victim of the destruction wrought upon my home, but also the devastation of my livelihood. My once-thriving restaurant, which served as the primary source of income for my family, now lies in ruins, leaving us without means to sustain ourselves. The loss of my restaurant has not only stripped away our financial security but also our sense of stability and hope for the future.

   The situation in Gaza has forced my family and me to endure unimaginable hardships. We have been displaced multiple times, fleeing from the relentless bombings and violence that have engulfed our community. Currently, we find ourselves in Rafah Governorate, where we are struggling to survive in makeshift shelters, exposed to the elements and without access to basic necessities.

   Your support at this critical time would be a beacon of hope amidst the darkness that surrounds us. Your generous contribution, no matter the size, will help us survive and pay for basic needs.
