My name is Gwyneth, and I am currently a student in Melbourne, Australia. I am reaching out to you on behalf of my beloved brother, Zairon Carreon, who was involved in a devastating car accident on January 26, 2025, and is currently recovering at De La Salle University Medical Center in the Philippines. Zairon has sustained multiple, life-threatening injuries and has already undergone three major surgeries. His recovery is ongoing, but he is showing tremendous resilience. Zairon’s injuries include:

Bilateral Pneumothorax (severe lung injury)

Multiple Craniofacial Fractures (damage to his face and skull)

Mandibular Fracture (broken jaw)

Fractures in the Left Humerus, Left Femur, Left Patella, and Left Elbow

Persistent Air Leak from blunt chest trauma

Multiple abrasions due to the vehicular accident

Zairon has undergone several surgeries, including chest tube insertion, skeletal traction for his left femur, video-assisted thoracic surgery to repair the air leak, midface reconstruction, jaw surgery, nasal bone reduction, and surgical treatment for fractures in his femur, patella, and elbow. Despite these critical procedures, his medical bills have now accumulated to ₱1.5 million pesos, with more costs continuing to grow as his recovery progresses.

I am struggling to manage these expenses from Melbourne, as my mom is a single parent and is currently unable to work. This financial strain has made it difficult to keep up with the mounting medical bills, and we are in desperate need of assistance.
