Four sisters. One dream: freedom. Help them escape violence and reclaim their future.

"All I ever wanted was to study and live free. Instead, they want to force me into a marriage I never chose." - Zainab.

This is the story of Zainab, an Afghan girl who once dreamed of finishing her studies and building a better future for herself. She was a hardworking college student with hopes, ambitions, and a strong will to succeed. But her dreams were taken away from her.

Zainab and her three sisters have become victims of gender-based violence in its hardest form. They were pulled out of school, denied the right to education, and stopped from living a normal and peaceful life. Instead, they face the constant fear of forced and early marriage, their voices shut down by a culture that puts unfair rules on them just because they are women.

But Zainab’s story is not only about pain. It is also about courage. Together with her sisters, she has always spoken out against illiteracy, cruelty, and injustice toward women. She has stood for women’s rights, raising her voice against violence and child marriage. Many times, she went out to communities on her own to spread awareness and guide others to see how wrong these practices are.

Now, Zainab is being forced to marry a man much older than her, against her will. She and her sisters have resisted with all their strength, even though it has brought them physical and emotional abuse as punishment for standing up for their basic rights.

And even beyond the walls of their home, the current situation in Afghanistan under the Taliban makes it impossible for girls like Zainab to dream. Education for women is banned, their voices are silenced, and every day their future is being stolen piece by piece.

Their only hope is to leave behind this oppression and find safety in another country, where they can rebuild their lives with freedom, education, and peace.

We ask you with compassion in your hearts: please stand with Zainab and her sisters in their fight for freedom. Give them the chance to live the lives every woman, every human being deserves. Lives free from fear. Lives filled with possibility.

This campaign is not only about one family. It is about standing against gender-based violence, against forced child marriage, and against the silencing of women everywhere. You can be part of it.

Your support will be used for Passport fees, Visa application fees, Travel to a safe country, Education. You can be part of their escape. You can be part of their freedom.

Update: They have applied for a Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) and, with a U.S.-based sponsor, their path to safety could become a reality much sooner. If you or someone you know is able to offer that lifeline, your support could truly change the course of their lives.
