My name is Zach, and I’m reaching out for help during one of the hardest times of my life. My wife, Heather Engel, passed away recently. She was sweet, smart, and headstrong—stubborn in the best way. Losing her has left a huge hole in my life, and I’ve been struggling to keep up with everything on my own.
Even before Heather’s passing, I had been searching for work for months. She supported me through every setback and encouraged me to keep going, but despite my efforts, I kept getting turned down. Now, with no income coming in, I’m at the point where I can’t cover my rent, groceries, car payment, or electric bill. I’m doing everything I can to get back on my feet, including applying for SSI, but I need some help to make it through this difficult stretch.
Any support would mean the world to me. It would help me keep a roof over my head, put food on the table, and keep the lights on while I work toward getting the assistance I need. Thank you for reading my story and for any help you can give.
