Zach Saidiner and his family lost everything in the Palisades fire in Los Angeles on Jan 7, including their home and nearly all their possessions. I’m a work colleague of his mom’s, and a local here in Los Angeles and am trying to help where I can.

Zach is a high school senior and the kind of person who truly brings people together - whether through music, climbing, running, surfing or countless other activities. Whether he’s teaching kids to sail, leading friends on outdoor adventures, playing cello in his school’s orchestra, or rocking out as an in-demand bass player, Zach is always sharing his energy and talent in ways that enrich his community.

Unfortunately, he has lost everything that enabled him to do what he does, including the trusty 2006 car that was meant to see him through his college years.
