Help Zach Jackson Reclaim His Health
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Zach Jackson, and I’m asking for your help to change — and quite possibly save — my life.
Not long ago, I was hospitalized with blood clots. Doctors and nurses told me point-blank: I could have died. That experience shook me to my core and made me realize I need to take action — not just for today, but for my future.
I’ve made the decision to have bariatric surgery to reclaim my health, mobility, and peace of mind. Unfortunately, my insurance doesn’t cover the procedure, and I need to raise $7,000 to make it possible.
For years, I’ve lived with the daily challenges of being overweight — from chronic leg injuries and debilitating anxiety to the very real, terrifying risks of blood clots. I’ve tried everything I could to lose the weight, but nothing has worked long-term. This surgery isn’t a shortcut — it’s my lifeline.
This isn’t just about avoiding another hospital stay or another brush with death. It’s about living. I want the chance to do everyday things without pain. I want to pursue the dreams I’ve put on hold for too long because of my health. I want to thrive — not just survive.
If you’re able to donate, no matter the amount, I can’t express how much it would mean to me. And if you’re not in a place to give, sharing this campaign with others would be just as meaningful.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story. Your support — whether it’s a donation, a share, or a kind word — brings me one step closer to a life I’ve been fighting so hard to reach.
