Hi our names are Derick and May and we are proud parents of Zachary Jaden Manaois who has earned the honor of representing Team Canada at the JJIF World Championship in this August. As of now the venue is in Abu Dhabi but with the current tension on the middle east, it might get moved to a different country.

Qualifying for the JJIF World Championship is an extraordinary achievement. Zach’s selection to Team Canada reflects years of discipline, perseverance, and commitment to excellence. He trains consistently at Karma Jiu Jitsu, demonstrates leadership within the gym's youth program, and represents the values of integrity, accountability, and resilience that they strive to instill at Karma Jiu Jitsu.

Competing on the world stage brings significant expenses, including:

- International airfare

- Accommodations in Abu Dhabi

- Registration and federation fees

- Team Canada uniform and competition gear

- Coaching and training costs
