Help Zachary Bruni Fight Multiple Sclerosis and Medical Bills
Dear Friends and Family,
We are reaching out to you on behalf of Zachary Bruni, who has been bravely battling multiple sclerosis (MS) since his diagnosis in 2017. MS is a complex and unpredictable disease of the central nervous system, impacting everything from mobility to daily activities. Unfortunately, it also comes with significant financial burdens.
What is Multiple Sclerosis?
Multiple sclerosis disrupts the flow of information within the brain and between the brain and body, leading to a wide range of symptoms, including:
Fatigue
Memory difficulties
Mood changes
Mobility issues
Numbness
Pain
Tingling
Vision impairment

Zach’s Journey
Zach has faced immense challenges as a result of his condition. Daily tasks, which many of us take for granted, have become monumental hurdles. The costs associated with his necessary treatments and therapies are mounting, and Zach’s inability to drive means he relies on others for transportation to countless medical appointments.
Due to MS, Zach is struggling to find and maintain steady employment, making it difficult to cover living expenses. Thankfully, there is a promising clinical trial that he is applying for, which could offer hope for alleviating some of his symptoms.
How You Can Help
We are asking for your support to help Zach manage his daily life as he continues to seek the treatment he needs. Your donations will assist with:
Medical bills for ongoing treatments and therapies
Transportation expenses to medical appointments
Living expenses and essential needs during this challenging time
Every donation, no matter how small, will help Zach on this long journey. Together, we can help him regain strength and work towards a healthier, more independent life.
Additional Information
For those interested in learning more about the clinical trial, you can find in-depth information here.

The clinical trial will compare the effectiveness of different dosages. A medical AI Dougall GPT description of how the trial drug works is as follows:
Combination therapy of immune modulation and M1 receptor antagonism for multiple sclerosis.
Combination therapy for multiple sclerosis (MS) involving immune modulation and M1 receptor antagonism leverages two different mechanisms to manage the disease more effectively.
Immune Modulation: MS is an autoimmune condition where the immune system mistakenly attacks the protective covering of nerves. Immune modulators help to regulate or suppress this abnormal immune response, reducing inflammation and preventing further damage to the nervous system.
M1 Receptor Antagonism: M1 receptors are involved in various neural processes, including inflammation and nerve signaling. Antagonizing these receptors can help reduce inflammation and promote remyelination, the process of repairing damaged nerve coverings.
By combining these approaches, the therapy aims to both control the immune system's harmful activity and support the repair of nerve damage, offering a more comprehensive treatment strategy for MS.
