I am reaching out on behalf of my brother, who would never ask for help himself. His boys are his entire world, and he is currently facing an incredibly difficult legal battle to protect his relationship with them. Several months ago, false allegations were made against him, resulting in a CPS investigation. After a thorough investigation, CPS determined that the allegations were unfounded and officially closed the case without any findings against him. Unfortunately, the legal challenges did not end there. Additional legal actions were filed, including a protective order and an emergency request to modify custody. The situation also extended when this person went to JoJo's ex and encouraged him to pursue legal action, resulting in further custody restrictions. As a result, JoJo is currently only able to spend time with her son every other weekend and is not permitted to visit their home or be around Zac or his brothers during those visits. This has been heartbreaking for both the children and our family. In order to defend himself and fight to preserve his relationship with his sons, my brother has exhausted his retirement account and life savings to cover attorney fees. Despite these sacrifices, the legal expenses continue to grow. We are asking for your support during this difficult time. Every donation, regardless of the amount, will go directly toward legal expenses as he continues to fight to restore his time with his children and ensure they can grow up with the loving, devoted father they deserve.
