Immediate support is required for Yvonne Rosby, a 77-year-old native of Oakland, California, who is currently residing alone in Brentwood, California and is experiencing profound isolation and distress. Yvonne is contending with multiple severe health issues, including diabetes, neuropathy, edema, and advanced chronic arthritis. Recently, she collapsed in her home and was unable to reach out for help. A wellness check conducted the following day found her on the floor, underscoring the urgent need for her not to live alone.

Angela Lee, her daughter and closest relative, resides in Silver Spring, Maryland and has expressed the willingness to provide full-time care. Upon learning of the incident, her daughter notified their employer and immediately began gathering resources for airfare. Given the rapid deterioration of Yvonne’s health, we are currently raising funds to facilitate her move from the Bay Area so she can be near her daughter, who will now assume full-time caregiving responsibilities.
