A Mother's 19 Year Battle for Freedom and Peace
For nearly two decades, Yvonne has been trapped in a cycle of legal and financial abuse that has consumed her life, drained her resources, and threatened her family's stability. What began in 2006 has become an never ending nightmare of frivolous lawsuits, harassment through the court system, and deliberate attempts to bankrupt her through legal fees.
In which he has so far succeeded as she is currently going through bankruptcy.
To date, her ex owes her over 160 THOUSAND DOLLARS in support that she has never seen, and hasn’t been enforced.
Now he’s looking to get all of the money he owes to be dismissed, and filed a motion to also have her pay him and his legal fees going forward. Meanwhile her ex has retained one of the most famous Men’s Rights lawyers in the state of Florida.
As a single mother, Yvonne has fought every battle alone while trying to protect her ten children(two of whom have severe Autism needing specialized care) and maintain some semblance of normalcy in our lives. Every dollar she earns goes toward basic survival or legal defense, leaving nothing for the quality representation she desperately needs to finally end this abuse.

For 19 years, Yvonne has been forced to represent herself in court because she cannot afford an attorney. I have watched as her abuser uses their resources to file motion after motion, knowing that each one costs her time, money, and peace of mind that we don't have.
