Help Yvette's Family Navigate Their Loss

We are devastated by the loss of Yvette Margot Mendoza, the most beautiful, gracious, one-of-a-kind mother and wife who died early Friday morning, June 14, with her loving husband Tyrone by her side — where he has stood steadfastly throughout her battle with breast cancer. With three young boys, four step children, and so much love left to give, Yvette, 41, is gone much, much too soon.

We want to be able to give Yvette the memorial she deserves and also ensure that Tyrone and the kids don't need to worry about day-to-day expenses while they grieve and build their new life without her. Tyrone and Yvette’s youngest, Aaron, is just 15 months old and is a special needs baby who has already survived several surgeries in his young life. Two years ago, Tyrone had to give up his main source of livelihood, his video game store, to care for Yvette and their son as she battled cancer and Aaron fought through many serious medical crises. Tyrone’s loving care in Yvette’s last months was the most amazing gift, but it has also meant the family is already struggling financially.
