Help Yvette’s Family find a Home

On The 6th of this month our family experience a house fire! We are very grateful for escaping unharmed and with our pets safe but now our lives are upside down with nowhere to call home, and we are literally homeless ! The fire inspector Deemed the house to be uninhabitable, he reported that the fire was unintentional and caused by an electrical fire from a phone charger! He also expressed to us how lucky we were that this didn’t happen to us overnight while we were asleep! There were no smoke detectors in our garage so we didn’t notice until it was too late ! There is so much damaged and losses. Like the  floor /ceiling of the second story was compromised, our stored furnitures were lost, pet supplies, camping supplies, future clothing for the baby and my son, bikes, fishing & camping supplies etc… We lost all of our food because the electricity had to be turned off as well! The fire fighter’s  were forced to cut open the garage door to access the fire to extinguish it! My family and I were forced to leave our home that very night! So Unfortunately with all the damages caused by the fire our landlord terminated our lease due to safety concerns and policies, they could not estimate when our home could be rehabilitated! So we all have been sleeping at my daughter‘s friends house in a guest room on mattresses on the floor! We are utilizing all of the resources we can to survive! But unfortunately because  of our financial situation we could not afford renters insurance for a year now so we will be responsible for replacing everything we lost. We are a family of 6, my four children and granddaughter all lived with me. As of right now we have until the end of the month to move all the rest of our belongings out of our home. We need to come up with first and last month‘s rent, a deposit, money for storage and any other expenses we need to move out and find a new home! Two of my adult children are working RN and unfortunately my youngest daughter had to  sell her car for some cash as well, which in turn left her no option but to quit her job! I am doing everything I can to help even with my disabilities and limitations! I am hoping  you could find it in your hearts to spare a small donation to help our family survive these tragic chain of events!
