Life had already become challenging after we experienced job losses, and i barely was at work again then things took a turn for the worse when I needed emergency appendectomy surgery. my job did terminate me right after surgery. Without health insurance, the hospital bill alone is overwhelming, and now I’m facing follow-up appointments with my regular doctor and surgeon that I simply can’t afford.
The stress of these medical bills, along with worries about keeping up with utilities and my vehicle payment, has been a lot to carry. I’ve been told I can make small payments on the hospital bill, but the immediate concern is covering the costs of follow-up care and keeping up with basic living expenses while we look for work.
I am extremely grateful to everyone who has reached out and checked on me. Anything you can give is so appreciated. I never thought I’d be in this position, but I’m swallowing my pride and asking for help. Your support would mean the world to me as I work to recover and get back on my feet.
