Help Yvette Heal and Serve Her Community

Hi everyone my name is Yvette Montoya and I’m a writer, a healer, a small business owner and founder of The Bratty Brujita a small esoteric shop aimed at helping folks heal, connect with ancestors and plant ally’s. I’m here on go fund me asking my community for help with the payments for my herbalism apprenticeship. I’m sure you’re probably wondering how I ended up here— well it’s a long story.

First off, I had the great honor of being accepted into Empress Karen Rose’s Level three apprenticeship. For that I am so so grateful. The purpose of me going through level three is to be able to better serve my community and quite literally to heal myself. I have alpha gal syndrome and hypothyroidism and I’ve been dealing with breast lumps for the last 5 years, so I have a special interest in learning about plant medicine on a very personal note.

I’m also hoping to bring that same healing to my friends, my community, and my clients. For the last nearly 5 years I’ve been working one-on-one with many of you doing all sorts of healing work, energy work, workshops and more. I’ve been diligently working on my product line and on getting to know my people better so that I can provide what they need. I’m having the great pleasure of being able to learn herbalism through the non weather lense following in the footsteps of my ancestors. I’m asking for help with their inspiration.

I’m not one to ask for help but in this case I’m at the end of my rope. As you may or may not know I’m in the last leg of my herbalism apprenticeship with Sacred Vibes Apothecary, I’m creating a line of medicine intended to help folks deal with the emotional, energetic, and physical ailments associated with shadow work. It’s something I’m very passionate about but unfortunately my finances have shifted a lot and if I don’t figure out how to pay for the remainder of my education I’m going to have to drop out. I’m currently in the process of testing and ideating these products and I’d like to be able to complete the line.

I know we’re all going through sh*t right now, I know times are hard, which is why I’m coming to you here to ask with all the gratitude in the world if anyone has felt connected to my work, or if you’ve ever felt like I gave a tip that helped you, if I’ve ever said anything that clicked for you or even if you are just feeling generous— please donate to my cause. I am looking at all my options at this time but I’m hoping this will help because I really do not want to drop out. I’ve worked so hard and want to finish strong.
