Introduction:

Hello, my name is Yusra Abu Dalal, and I am a 37-year-old mother of five from Gaza. My children, Hassan (16), Moataz (15), Batoul (14), Abdul Majeed (12), and Marwan (5), have been deeply affected by the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip.

Our Situation:

The relentless bombardment of the Gaza Strip has shattered our lives. My children have lost their schools and their right to education, and they have been torn away from their friends, many of whom have been killed. We have been forced to flee our home in the Nuseirat Camp due to continuous bombings, and we have spent months living in a tent.

We have extremely limited access to basic necessities. Water is available only once a week, electricity is scarce, and food prices are exorbitant. The closing of border crossings into Gaza, invasions and raids by the Israeli army, and bombings have left us in a state of perpetual desperation.

Our greatest wish is to escape the horrors of war and return to a normal life where my children can continue their education and grow up in peace.
