My name is Dasha, and I am raising funds for my brother Yurii, who has been diagnosed with epithelioid peritoneal mesothelioma, a very rare and aggressive cancer.

Yurii is only 36 years old. After recent surgery and biopsy, doctors confirmed the diagnosis. He now urgently needs a major operation with HIPEC (heated chemotherapy during surgery), followed by further systemic treatment. This is a highly specialized and very costly procedure, and it must be performed in another city, far from where we live.

Our family cannot afford these medical expenses on our own. Everything — from hospital stays, medications, and procedures — comes with large costs. On top of this, Yurii has not been able to work because of his health, and our family’s resources are very limited.

Time is critical. Doctors have stressed that treatment must start as soon as possible to give Yurii the best chance. Without surgery and therapy, this disease progresses quickly.
