Dear Snowboard Community and allies to women's snowboarding!

 

We hope this request finds you well and in the spirit of giving.

 

On behalf of our dear friend and incredible snowboarder Yuri Bow, we are looking to the snowboard community to aid her travel to Salt Lake City, Utah, to attend and participate in this year's Uninvited event. As we all know, The Uninvited is a profound event that celebrates, uplifts, and honors women in snowboarding. Traditionally, if someone has the opportunity to attend and do well at The Uninvited, their lives could be changed forever. This is our hope for Yuri.

 

Yuri is an exceptional snowboarder who embodies passion and dedication to filming in the streets of Japan. Her talent and drive are undeniable, and her dreams are as big as the spots she hits. Yuri does not have sponsors and works a full-time job in Japan doing house insulation installation. Over the years, Yuri has dedicated time and efforts to aiding American snowboarders when visiting Japan by graciously giving time and energy to foreign crews and sharing spots and resources. This fundraiser is an attempt to give back to Yuri a fraction of what she has given to others.

 

This fund will cover Yuri's expenses for attending and participating in The Uninvited event. She received an invitation to participate, but without travel aid, the reality of her attendance will not come to fruition.

 

So please, if you have the means, take a moment to help our dear friend Yuri. By creating this fundraiser and donating to help Yuri attend the event, we are not just facilitating a trip; were investing in Yuri's dreams and aspirations to break international visibility barriers and pursue her goals of becoming a professional snowboarder.
