As some may know a great man was lost a few weeks ago very suddenly and unexpected. Nick Vathis was a dedicated and loving husband to Yuliya and doting father to George and Alex. He was an active member of the Greek Orthodox Church and spent countless nights at the College Glen Little League cheering on Alex and the rest of the players. Some may have even gotten to know him through Yuliya and Alex via the Phoebe Hearst and Miwok school community.

This has been davistating to Nick's family and friends. Unfortunately this unimaginable loss has presented the family with the weight of unexpected medical and funeral expenses.
