Help Yuki get the Surgery She Needs

Her surgery price is about $3500 and I don't currently have the money to pay for her price. Because we recently got Yuki, we are still trying to get her insurance and if we did get insurance, it would be too late and the insurance wouldn't cover it. It breaks my brother's heart seeing her in this condition, and I would love to see him happy again. He has become really attached to Yuki and this news has really impacted him.  I would really appreciate any help I can receive.
