Help Yuki Avoid Eviction and Recover

Donation protected
I’m reaching out because I’m facing eviction and have nowhere else to turn. In early September, I was hospitalized for a bowel obstruction and needed surgery at OHSU. The doctors never found the cause, but thankfully my bowels started working again after the procedure. Recovery has been slow and painful, and I’m still limited to working just two nights a week instead of my usual four. Heavier lifting causes severe stomach cramps, making it impossible to return to my regular hours.

I live alone and have no family or friends nearby to lean on. Since leaving the hospital, I’ve tried every possible avenue for rental assistance—CareOregon, local organizations, and countless resources—but I keep running into dead ends or endless wait times. I was told I might have to wait up to six months for help, but my eviction notice is coming on Monday the 20th. I’m autistic, and navigating all these systems while recovering has left me completely exhausted. I’ve even reached out to crisis lines because the stress and depression have become overwhelming.

I’m asking for help to cover my rent, utilities, food, power, and internet so I can stay in my home and focus on healing. Any support will help me keep a roof over my head and give me a chance to get back on my feet. Thank you for reading and for any help you can give.
