Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

We come to you, on behalf on the Homayden-Diaz family and with a heavy heart, seeking your support for my sister-in-law, Yubiri Díaz de Homayden.

Yubiri is 57 years old, a devoted wife of 27 years to my brother Yusif Nayib, and a passionate journalist who has been a guiding light in our family. She is the beloved mother of Gabriela (24) and Gabriel (22).

In this moment of trial, Yubiri has been hospitalized, battling advanced breast cancer with constant, severe pain. As a family, we hold tight to our faith in Jesus and the Blessed Virgin Mary, asking for their comfort and healing.

My brother’s family does not have insurance, and the medical costs are overwhelming. With the support of your prayers and any donations you can give, we believe that God will provide. Please keep Yubiri, my brother, Gabriela, and Gabriel in your prayers, and share this campaign. May God bless you all, and may Mary intercede for us.

Queridos amigos, familia y personas de buen corazón,

Nos dirijimos a ustedes, en nombre de la familia Homayden-Diaz y con un peso en el corazón para pedir su apoyo para mi cuñada, Yubiri Díaz de Homayden.

Yubiri tiene 57 años, y ha estado casada con mi hermano Yusif Nayib por 27 años. Ha sido una esposa ejemplar, y ademas, una periodista apasionada que siempre ha sido un pilar de fuerza y apoyo en nuestra familia. También es una madre ejemplar, dedicada a mis sobrinos Gabriela (24) y Gabriel (22).

En este momento de prueba, Yubiri ha sido hospitalizada, luchando contra un cáncer de mama avanzado, con un dolor agudo constante.

Como familia, nos aferramos a nuestra fe en Jesús y en la Virgen María, pidiendo su consuelo y sanación.

La familia de mi hermano no cuenta con seguro, y los costos médicos son abrumadores. Con el apoyo de sus oraciones y cualquier donación, por pequeña que sea, creemos que Dios proveerá. Cada donación cuenta y no hay ninguna donación pequeña.

Por favor, mantengan a Yubiri, a mi hermano, y sobrinos en sus oraciones, y compartan esta campaña. Que Dios los bendiga y que la Virgen interceda por nosotros.

Tu que habitas al amparo del Altísimo y resides a la sombra del Omnipotente, dile al Señor: “Mi fuerza y mi refugio, mi Dios en quien confío”. El te librara del lazo del cazador y del azote de la desgracia.
